
CR-109 Complete Streets Corridor Study
Collaboratively assessing transportation options to improve safety, accessibility, and connectivity for all users along CR-109 in the Towns of Clifton Park and Halfmoon.
Study Area
The Study Area is centered on County Route 109 (Kinns Road in the Town of Clifton Park and Farm to Market Road in the Town of Halfmoon). From west to east, the Study corridor begins in the Town of Clifton Park at the intersection of County Route 109 and NYS Route 146A and continues eastward over the I-87 Northway, through the US Route 9 intersection, and terminates just east of Highview Way in the Town of Halfmoon. The Study area includes Kinns Road Park, portions of the Dwaas Kill Nature Preserve, and the subdivisions lining Kinns Road and Farm to Market Road.
