The Halfmoon/Clifton Park Route 109 Complete Streets Study is being funded by the Town of Halfmoon, Town of Clifton Park, Saratoga County, and the Transportation Council as a Linkage Program study through the Transportation Council’s 2024-2025 Unified Planning Work Program.
